Introduction

Purpose of the project

 The purpose of the project is to create a mechanism to optimise sales leads for chiropractors and cosmetic surgeons. The process will be to map the sales process send traffic via social media networks on company official pages or website. We will first understand each phase that a prospect goes through before becoming a paying patient and then we will be optimizing each of these stages for maximum effectiveness from cold contact to loyal advocate.

Targeted Business Problem

Our business analysis has analysed that phenomenon of sales funnel leaks is exhibited in almost every industry at some point in the sales process. Contemporary businesses find it difficult to actually find out exactly at stage in the process they are losing sales. The phenomenon is very much discernible in health industry. Lack of understanding of the process patients go through before becoming a paying patients inhibits the process of locating sales leaks.
